Baked Salmon

A delicious, nutritious recipe using our rosemary & garlic glaze.

Low calorie & packed with healthy fats & vitamins, but still bursting with flavour- what more could you want?

This recipe can be switched up using any or our glazes, meat rubs or spice blends.

Why not try using chilli willi for a kick of spice, teriyaki for an Asian twist or Caribbean fruity if you like a citrus punch.

We bake this in the oven, but you can always cook your salmon in a pan or air fryer - its personal preference! Just be sure to adjust cooking times accordingly.

This is a great alternative to an Easter Sunday lunch, perfect for the whole family & super easy to batch cook! Serve alongside seasonal greens & baby potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless salmon fillets

  • 50g rosemary & garlic glaze

  • 2 lemons - sliced

  • fresh rosemary sprigs

  • 4 whole garlic cloves - peeled

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.

  2. Brush a tray, or oven proof pan with melted butter or an alternative (low calorie spray).

  3. Sprinkle the glaze over the salmon and rub in, ensure the fillets are well coated.

  4. Place the fillets skin side down in the pan/tray and arrange the slices of lemon on top, place the garlic cloves and rosemary around the fillets - this adds flavour whilst cooking.

  5. Place in the oven and cook for around 15 minutes - removing and basting half way (optional)

  6. Ensure the salmon is cooked through before serving.
