Chicken Pot Pie

A great way to use up leftovers - made healthier with the use of filo pastry.


400g ready cooked chicken - chopped or shredded.

2 carrots - diced

200g peas

270g filo pastry


Add 100g pie mix to 500ml water and mix till combined, add in the cooked chicken, carrots and peas and mix well.

Fill into a dish and top with scrunched filo, you can brush with a little milk - optional.

Cook in the oven for around 25-35 minutes until golden.
