All of our stuffings follow the same method(s) whether you are using minced meat, or just serving up the stuffing on it's own, all of them can be used either way! (methods at bottom of page)

Stuffing Methods
All of our stuffings can follow either of these methods, once mixed, either roll into balls and cook, stuff into meat fish or alternative, or cook in a dish - your preference!
Meat Stuffing
Stuffing Mix - 150gÂ
Sausage meat or pork mince - 150g
Water (Iced) - 150g
Empty the stuffing dry mix into a mixing bowl.
Add 15g melted butter for every 150g of stuffing mix (optional)
Add 150g of water and mix thouroughly
Add pork mince or sausage meat and knead until evenly mixed together.
Allow stuffing to firm up (approx 15 mins)
Vegetarian Stuffing
