Miss having your favourite steak slice? With this easy to make version using our gluten free gravy mix
500g diced beef
1 sheet gluten free puff pastry
100g gluten free gravy
Season the beef with salt & pepper, add to a hot pan and brown on all sides, remove and set aside.
In a separate pan, add the gravy to 1L cold water and set over a low-medium heat, stirring slowly until the gravy becomes thick and glossy.
Add the meat to the gravy and cook on a low heat for a further 10 minutes, set aside to cool.
Roll out pastry squares and fill with the mixture, fold over and crimp to seal the pastry.
Add an egg wash (optional) and bake in the oven till golden brown.
