Kentucky BBQ Meatballs (GF)

Tasty homemade smoky BBQ pork meatballs, cooked in the airfryer and topped with a sticky BBQ glaze.

This uses our Kentucky BBQ meatball mix - which is currently buy one get one free!

We use pork mince to get that juicy BBQ pork flavour, but this mix also works great with beef, chicken or turkey mince!

So simple to make, and can be made in advance & frozen for a quick midweek dinner option - great for batch cooking and/or meal prep too!

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mince, meatball seasoning and 120ml cold water, leave aside to marinade for at least half an hour.

  2. Shape the meatballs using your hands or meatball tongs - available on our site.

  3. Add the meatballs to the air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes at 180C.

  4. In a bowl, combine the glaze with a dash of water and mix together, add the meatballs and mix till coated, return to the air fryer and cook for a further 4-5 minutes until cooked through.

Our meatball mixes come in a wide range of flavours - to suit anyone's taste! These are perfect for batch cooking and meal prepping using lower calorie mince such as steak, chicken or turkey.

Check out our available flavours below - find them on our site here.
