Mediterranean Cous Cous

This dish can be fully customised to your taste - add it into salads, serve up as a side dish, add your favourite protein - the possibilities are endless!

The seasoning used in this couscous dish is packed with mint and a subtle hint of chilli, ideal for those summer salads & Mediterranean inspired dishes.

We have used giant cous cous for this recipe, but any cous cous or grain is fine! Try with quinoa or lentils for a change of texture.

  • 175g cous cous or grain of your choice

  • 20g Tongmaster cous cous seasoning

  • 2tbsp lemon juice

  • 50g pomegranate seeds

  • 50g feta cheese

  1. Cook the grains per packet instructions, drain and transfer to a bowl.

  2. Add the seasoning, lemon juice and salt & pepper to taste, mix well.

  3. Add the pomegranate seeds and crumble the feta, mix until well combined.

  4. Serve & enjoy! It's that simple.
