The seasoning used in this couscous dish is packed with mint and a subtle hint of chilli, ideal for those summer salads & Mediterranean inspired dishes.
We have used giant cous cous for this recipe, but any cous cous or grain is fine! Try with quinoa or lentils for a change of texture.
175g cous cous or grain of your choice
20g Tongmaster cous cous seasoning
2tbsp lemon juice
50g pomegranate seeds
50g feta cheese
Cook the grains per packet instructions, drain and transfer to a bowl.
Add the seasoning, lemon juice and salt & pepper to taste, mix well.
Add the pomegranate seeds and crumble the feta, mix until well combined.
Serve & enjoy! It's that simple.
