Mediterranean Cous Cous

This dish can be fully customised to your taste - add it into salads, serve up as a side dish, add your favourite protein - the possibilities are endless!

The seasoning used in this couscous dish is packed with mint and a subtle hint of chilli, ideal for those summer salads & Mediterranean inspired dishes.

We have used giant cous cous for this recipe, but any cous cous or grain is fine! Try with quinoa or lentils for a change of texture.
