Spaghetti Aglio Olio e Peperoncino

The easiest pasta dish you will ever make - that doesn't scrimp on flavour!

Simple pasta with olive oil and our delicious peperoncino seasoning - packed with garlic, herbs & chillies.

Add your favourite meat, seafood or alternative to elevate this dish - or just enjoy it on its own.




  1. Bring a pot of salted water to the boil, add in the spaghetti and cook according to packet instructions.

  2. While the pasta is cooking, in a large pan, heat the olive oil and add the garlic and seasoning, stir until combined, do not overheat this or the ingredients will burn.

  3. When the pasta is cooked to your liking, add it to the oil mixture, along with 100ml pasta water, turn the heat up and mix well, you can add more olive oil at this stage if needed.

  4. Top with parmesan and serve hot alongside your favourite accompaniments.
