Buffalo Chicken Burgers

Our spicy buffalo sauce inspired burger seasoning adds the perfect kick of heat to these delicious burgers.



Recipe

Ingredients:

780g chicken or turkey mince (you can use beef, lamb or pork too!)

100g fiery buffalo burger complete mix

120ml water (chilled)

Meat Lust Buffalo Sauce


Method:

  1. Add burger complete mix to mince meat and mix thoroughly.

  2. Add iced water and mix thoroughly.

  3. Press into burgers using the palm of your hand or a burger press.

  4. Cook using your preferred method (we recommend grilling, pan fry or BBQ) until the meat is cooked through.

  5. Add to a bun of your choice, with plenty salad and a good dollop of the meat lust buffalo sauce.

  6. Enjoy!

For Best Results:

  • The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the burger.

  • Leave burgers in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with meat.

  • Use cellophane or greaseproof burger discs between your burgers before they are frozen allowing you to easily separate the burgers before cooking - these are available on our site.

  • Suitable for freezing.
