Our spicy buffalo sauce inspired burger seasoning adds the perfect kick of heat to these delicious burgers.
780g chicken or turkey mince (you can use beef, lamb or pork too!)
100g fiery buffalo burger complete mix
120ml water (chilled)
Meat Lust Buffalo Sauce
Add burger complete mix to mince meat and mix thoroughly.
Add iced water and mix thoroughly.
Press into burgers using the palm of your hand or a burger press.
Cook using your preferred method (we recommend grilling, pan fry or BBQ) until the meat is cooked through.
Add to a bun of your choice, with plenty salad and a good dollop of the meat lust buffalo sauce.
For Best Results:
The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the burger.
Leave burgers in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with meat.
Use cellophane or greaseproof burger discs between your burgers before they are frozen allowing you to easily separate the burgers before cooking - these are available on our site.
Suitable for freezing.
