Chinese Chicken Curry (Gluten Free)

This tasty dish is packed with spices to give that authentic Chinese curry taste, this is also gluten free, vegan and low calorie meaning it can be enjoyed by all!

Our customers LOVE this stuff, especially those reliant on dishes being gluten free, it doesn't have to mean you are missing out!

  • 600g chicken breast - chopped

  • 100g gluten free Chinese curry sauce

  • 1 white onion - chopped


  1. Chop your chicken and cook as desired, we recommend pan frying to get that crisp!

  2. Add the chopped onions to a pan and sauté until translucent.

  3. In a separate pan add 750ml cold water along with the 100g pack of curry.

  4. Bring to a high heat and stir continuously until it begins to thicken.

  5. Combine the sauce with the chicken and onions.

  6. Serve alongside boiled or egg fried rice & enjoy.

Additional Tips:

  • Try adding peas or mushrooms!

  • Use beef or prawns instead of chicken for a tasty twist.

  • Use meat free chicken pieces to make this fully vegan!
