This tasty dish is packed with spices to give that authentic Chinese curry taste, this is also gluten free, vegan and low calorie meaning it can be enjoyed by all!

600g chicken breast - chopped
100g gluten free Chinese curry sauce
1 white onion - chopped
Chop your chicken and cook as desired, we recommend pan frying to get that crisp!
Add the chopped onions to a pan and sauté until translucent.
In a separate pan add 750ml cold water along with the 100g pack of curry.
Bring to a high heat and stir continuously until it begins to thicken.
Combine the sauce with the chicken and onions.
Serve alongside boiled or egg fried rice & enjoy.
Try adding peas or mushrooms!
Use beef or prawns instead of chicken for a tasty twist.
Use meat free chicken pieces to make this fully vegan!
