Our doner kebab seasoning is a HUGE hit with our customers far and wide.
This easy to use mix is simply added to minced meat & water to create delicious homemade doner kebab meat - see customer pic here -->
This is also available in a gluten free version && what's better is this can be made using any meat or alternative you choose - meaning a low calorie, low fat treat suiting all dietary requirements! (If that's what you want)

Minced Meat - 850g (Traditionally lamb, but beef, pork or chicken work great. Meat free mince also works a treat!)
Doner Kebab Mix - 100g
Water (Chilled) - 50ml
Add the seasoning mix to the minced meat & mix until combined.
Add water & mix thoroughly.
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F, Gas Mark 4).
Place mix into a loaf tin and place on a baking tray. (Alternatively shape onto skewers or shape to burgers)
Bake in the centre of your oven for 25 minutes, then turn out and return it to the oven for another 30 minutes. The loaf should be evenly browned.
Once cooked remove from the oven and cover with foil to rest for 15 - 20 minutes.
For Best results:
Serve with a pitta bread and your favourite salad.
Make your own doner sauce - 250g Tomato sauce, 10g Mint sauce, pinch of chilli and a spot of milk and mix well.
