Easy Seafood Paella

A Spanish favourite cooked in the comfort of your own home!

Customise this dish fully by adding any ingredients of your choice - switch up the seafood for chicken or chorizo, or all three!

Try adding veg such as peppers, peas or tomatoes for a colourful health boost.

If you can't get a hold of paella rice - try using arborio (risotto) rice or long grain rice.



  • 300g paella rice

  • 400g frozen seafood

  • 30g paella seasoning

  • 1 onion - chopped

  • 900ml chicken stock

  • 400ml chopped tomatoes


  1. Heat oil in a pan and cook the onion until soft, add the seasoning and cook for a further 2 minutes.

  2. Add the rice, stock and tomatoes and cook uncovered for 15 minutes - stirring occasionally - until almost tender.

  3. Stir in the seafood and cover with a lid, cook for 5 minutes until cooked through and the rice is tender.

  4. Top with some fresh lemon juice & serve hot.

A mix of seafood, chorizo, peas & tomatoes.
