Packed with juicy turkey, stuffing & bacon.
This uses our cranberry stuffing and chicken pie mix - an ideal way to use up your chirstmas leftovers!
400g cooked turkey breast
100g sausages or sausage meat
10 rashers smoked streaky bacon
250g chicken pie mix
1tsp dried sage
ready rolled puff pastry
In a large bowl, add the stuffing mix along with 150ml water and 15 butter, mix till combined and set aside to firm up.
Cook the sausages as preferred and chop or curmble into small pieces, set aside.
Add the pie mix to a large pan, add 1L water and mix well, bring to the boil, stirring continuously until the sauce begins to thicken.
Add in the turkey, chopped bacon, sausage, stuffing and sage and mix well, set aside to cool.
Cut the pastry into identical sized squares or rectangles, you can make these as large or as small as you like.
Spoon the filling into the pastry and top with another square, crimp to seal, score the top and coat with an egg wash.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
