Pork Sausage Stuffing Balls

Tasty seasoned pork sausage meat balls - the perfect addition to a festive dinner, lunch or party.

Made from store bought pork mince, our sage and onion sausage mix and a splash of water - no faff!



Why not change it up using one of our other flavours, choose from over 50 flavours including sticky maple, stilton & leek, chorizo or chilli!


Ingredients

  • 100g sage & onion sausage mix

  • 800g minced pork

  • 100ml water


Method

  1. In a large bowl, add the minced pork and sausage mix, mix well till combined.

  2. Add the water and mix well, knead the mince to ensure the seasopning is dispersed well, and the mince is almost like a thick paste.

  3. Leave to marinate and firm up for at least 30 minutes, this can be left overnight in the fridge.

  4. Roll into equal sized balls and place on a baking tray, cook for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and browned.

  5. Serve up alongside your chirtsmas dinner, or try in wraps or sandwiches.
