Pulled Pork Loaded fries

A tasty way to use up your delicious homemade pulled pork - a real treat!

This is great for using up your homemade pulled pork leftovers

Recipe (Serves 1)


  • 150g Maris Piper potatoes

  • 20g American Chip Spice

  • 1tsp oil or alternative

  • 30g cheese - grated (cheddar or mozzarella works great for this)

  • 100g pulled pork (homemade or store bought is fine!)

  • Spring onion - chopped.


  1. Peel & chop the potatoes into your preferred style of chips or fries.

  2. Add to a bowl & spray or drizzle oil or alternative, sprinkle over the chip spice and mix well till thoroughly coated.

  3. Cook using your preferred method

  • Air fryer for 20-25 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes to ensure crispiness.

  • Oven for 30-35 minutes, turning over a few times while cooking.

  • Deep Fry in oil at 130C for approx 10 minutes.

4. Remove the chips/fries and place in an oven proof dish, top with the cheese, pulled pork and chopped spring onion, place in the oven or under the grill to melt the cheese.

5. Serve & Enjoy!
