A quick & easy healthy recipe with just 3 simple ingredients - using our Lemon Zest & Pepper Glaze.
Pair with salad, veggies & rice for a delicious light dinner.
Recipe (serves 4):
4 cod fillets (or any other firm, white fish)
1 lemon - sliced
Assure the fish fillets are free of bones - remove the skin at this stage if you wish & run under cold water.
Place in a suitable bag or container and add 40g glaze - shake well & massage the rub into the fish until well coated.
Add more glaze and repeat if necessary.
Arrange the fish on a baking tray and top with the sliced lemons, bake the fish for approx 12-15 minutes until cooked through and tender.
