Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Crispy, spicy oven baked cauliflower

wings - the perfect appetiser, crowd pleaser or all round snack!

Served alongside a delicious, tangy vegan blue cheese dip!

Buffalo Wings

1 small cauliflower

60g plain flour

120ml milk alternative of your choice

2 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp franks hot sauce

Blue Cheese Dip

100g blue cheese alternative - crumbled

75g coconut cream

50g vegan mayonnaise

1tsp coconut milk

1tsp lemon juice

Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 220C and line the tray with foil, coat the foil in oil or alternative to prevent sticking.

  2. To a large bowl, add the flour, baking powder, buffalo glaze and salt, add the milk and mix into a thick batter, add in the cauliflower and mix well.

  3. Place on the tray in a single layer and cook for 20 minutes, flipping half way.

  4. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and add to a large bowl, drizzle over the hot sauce and toss to coat evenly.

  5. Add the dip ingredients to a bowl and whisk until combined, serve alongside the 'wings' & enjoy!
