Crispy, spicy oven baked chicken wings - the perfect appetiser, crowd pleaser or all round snack!
Served alongside a delicious, tangy blue cheese dip!

1kg chicken wings
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp Franks hot sauce OR meat lust buffalo sauce
Blue Cheese Dip
100g blue cheese - crumbled
75g sour cream
1tsp lemon juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 120C and line the tray with foil, coat the foil in oil or alternative to prevent sticking.
To a large bowl, add the chicken wings, baking powder and salt, coat well and leave to stand for 5-10 minutes.
Add 2 tbsp water and 50g buffalo glaze to the wings, mix well until evenly coated, spread on the tray and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
Turn the oven up to 220C and bake for a further 40-50 minutes, rotating the tray half way through - the wings do not need to be turned over.
When cooked, add the wings to a clean bowl and toss in the buffalo sauce.
Add the ingredients for the dip into a bowl and whisk together, serve alongside the wings.
