A winning combo in Greek cuisine is these juicy, flavourful skewers- with just 10 minutes to prepare there's no excuse not to give this a try!
1kg chicken breast - thinly sliced
50g souvlaki seasoning
1tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp olive oil or alternative
In a large bowl or container, add the chicken, seasoning, lemon juice & oil, mix till fully coated and set aside.
Soak a handful of bamboo skewers in cool water (this stops them form burning on the grill or oven) and thread the marinated chicken on to the skewers.
Cook on a hot grill, griddle, BBQ or oven until cooked through and slightly charred.
Serve with your favourite accompaniments & enjoy!
