Greek Salad

A delicious, fresh dish perfect for a summer lunch or as an accompaniment to some delicious doner kebab or shawarma.

Using our Greek salad seasoning - this tasty side dish has never been so simple. With a selection of authentic & fresh ingredients this is bound to impress at your next event or BBQ.



  • 1 whole cucumber - chopped

  • 300g cherry tomatoes - halved

  • 1 red onion - thinly sliced

  • 1 red bell pepper - chopped

  • 20g greek salad seasoning

  • 150g olives

  • 100g feta or vegan alternative

  • 1tbsp lemon juice

  • 1tbsp red wine vinegar (apple cider or balsamic work too)

  • 1-2tbsp olive oil


  1. Add the chopped vegetables to a large bowl and mix well.

  2. Pour over the lemon juice, olive oil and vinegar and mix until coated.

  3. Sprinkle over the seasoning and toss the vegetables until they are well coated, add salt & pepper to taste.

  4. Add the feta cheese, mix together & serve!

Our Mediterranean (Greek salad) seasoning is a great versatile ingredient, it can be used to flavour vegetables, salad dressing like the one above, and even rubbed on to meat or fish to add a burst of flavour.
