Mexican Beef Mince Burrito

A quick and easy, but delicious take on a Mexican favourite.

Packed to the brim with flavourful beef mince, rice, beans, salad & more!

Try using different meats (steak pieces, chicken, pork), seafood or alternatives to change this up a bit, add in cheese, veggies or different sauces! Why not try pairing with our homemade de arbol salsa recipe!

Looking for a lighter meal? try a burrito bowl - a delicious salad bowl, topped with the ingredients below - meat, beans, rice & toppings (try using greek yoghurt as an alternative to soured cream)

  • 500g beef mince (turkey or pork would also be great!)

  • 500g cooked rice long grain rice (or microwave pouches are ideal)
